• Lead/enquiry details — information you submit through our "Tell us what you need", alerts or contact forms.
• Usage data — pages viewed, searches made, device/browser information and IP address, collected automatically to improve the service.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and publish your listings.
• To verify payments and approve ads.
• To connect renters with owners (your listing contact number is shown to interested renters).
• To send you alerts and updates you've requested.
• To improve our website, understand search demand, and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide support.

3. What we show publicly

When you post an ad, the listing details and the contact number you provide are visible to the public so renters can reach you. Your account email and password are never shown. Browsing visitors do not need an account.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with: (a) other users as needed to complete a rental enquiry (e.g. your listing contact); (b) service providers who help us run the site (such as hosting and analytics); and (c) authorities where required by law or to investigate fraud or abuse.
